About me!

I’m Allen! A Mexican artist mostly known as Re_Toons
Atm I’m a student living far from home, and even tho I do have economic help from my family; doing commissions is what helps me out in getting extra money for everything I need other than the school
I also recently moved out so most of my money is going towards food, necesarry things for me to live comfortably etc
So commissioning me or donating really helps me out!

Terms Of Service!

IMPORTANT: you not reading or understanding this does not absolves you from the TOS, be sure to read and comprehend it before commissioning me

GENERAL
-I am neurodivergent (ADHD + possible autism), with depressive episodes, plus a college student, this might affect how long a commission could take, please take this on count before commissioning me
-it is extremely prohibited to use my drawings in order to alter it on any kind of AI software
- my signature/username should not be removed. If you want it to be removed so badly I provide the option to erase it for $50USD
- no editing shall be done to the final drawing
-you as the client and i as the artist have the same rights to use the drawings unless you prefer an NDA
- I only draw humanoid characters
-simple backgroundsPAYMENTS
-The payment shall be done a 100% before I start the drawing
-only if the commission is more than 100USD then I’ll take a 70% first and the rest after finishing (with this option the updates will have a big watermark)REVISIONS
- I’ll provide a revision for each step of the commission: concept idea, sketch, lineart/clean up, base color, final color
-If the client wants more revisions, I’ll be glad to show you, just ask for them
-if the client ask for a big change even if beforehand I already had the approval of such step, then an extra fee can be charged depending on how big is this change (for example, if I’m on the render and the client ask for me to change the lineart brush or the pose of the character) so pleeease if something is not to your liking tell me as soon as you see itDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- I am a college student at a high demand university, please take this on count as this might affect how quick I can work on commissions at times due to my assignments. My education is a priority after all
- I also am a neurodivergent person who struggles with mental health, I’m mostly stable but if I get to the point where I need to take a break then I might take longer to complete commissions
-My status for both of the prior things I mentioned will be stated on my profile, you can check there if I have any issue that may make me take longer
-If you need your commission for a certain deadline, let me know beforehand. If I feel like it’s way less time than I’m comfortable with an extra fee might be issued
- once I’m done with the commission, I’ll send you the result by gmail. In case of illustrations it will be a HQ png, in case of png tuber models I’ll provide a link to my drive where you will be able to download a file with both the model, the program and the drawings. If you want the drawing psd I’m more than able to provide it, just ask for it
-For png tuber models, I will be deleting the files on my drive after a couple of months so please download it as soon as possibleUSE
-my prices shown are only for personal use of any kind, if you wish to use it for commercial use, I will need to know beforehand as depending on how if going to be used, I shall ask for a different price
-if you wish to use my drawings for streaming or social media, all I ask is for you to credit me as the artistINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-Do NOT claim the commission as of your own making
-The client may have the rights of the drawing, but I still have the credits as the creator of itREFUNDS
-In case of wanting a refund we shall determine the percentage of the price that will be refunded. If I’m alredy around half or more of the drawing then a refund will not be possible. At most if I deem it necessary then I can gift you an extra drawing for free
-it has happened that I loose track of time due to life mostly. I’m those cases where I make my clients wait for too long, I myself offer a chibi or icon for free as compensationCOMMUNICATION
I prefer to communicate by Instagram, is the social media i use more often and I tend to be aware of the dms. But you can also contact me through twitter or discord
